Bhagavad Gita as It is

Bhagavad Gita as It is

The Bhagavad Gita is universally perceived as the spiritual wisdom of India’s crown gem. Spoken by Lord Sri Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, to His intimate devotee Arjun, the Gita’s seven hundred concise verses provide a definitive guide to the science of self-realization. No other philosophical or religious text explains the nature of consciousness, the self, the cosmos, and the Supreme in such a clear and profound way. In terms of discoveries of man’s core character, environment, and, ultimately, relationship with God, no other work or books even comes close.

Bhagavad Gita as It is

He was also the nephew of Pāṇḍu’s wife Kuntī, or  Pṛthā, the mother of the Pāṇḍavas, in this role. So, as a relative and as the everlasting upholder of religion, Kṛṣṇa favored and safeguarded Pāṇḍu pious sons. lord  Krishna brings His friend Arjun from confusion to spiritual enlightenment, and everyone of us is invited to follow in His footsteps.

Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the world’s foremost Vedic scholar and teacher, is part of a continuous chain of fully realized spiritual masters  beginning with Lord Krishna Himself. Because it is based on the Bhagavad-gita As It Is, the Krsna consciousness movement is genuine, historically approved, natural, and transcendental. It is gradually becoming the world’s most popular movement, particularly among the younger generation. It is also gaining in popularity among the senior age. It is also gaining in popularity among the senior age. Older gentlemen are growing interested, to the point where my followers’ fathers and grandfathers are encouraging us by joining our great society as life members, the International Society for Krishna Consciousness.
